Welcome to Creative Director. We value your support and want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Please review our refund policy below before making a purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and limited inventory releases, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your item qualifies for a return or exchange:

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be:
    • Unworn
    • Unwashed
    • In original packaging
    • With all tags attached

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once approved, we will provide instructions for a replacement or store credit.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested item is unavailable, store credit may be issued instead.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Worn or damaged items caused by normal use

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
