Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

  • During launches, sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Creative Director is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by address issues

  • Returned packages due to insufficient or incorrect information

If an order is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Creative Director is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select countries.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Pre-Orders & Limited Releases

Items marked as pre-order or limited release may require additional processing and shipping time. Estimated ship dates will be provided on the product page when applicable.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at:
